So you want this house, huh? Well you get it now, so haha. The perfect setting for your single sim or single parent sim or whatever, I don't really care. There isn't a double bed, so unless you're a prude or want to expand the house you're couples don't get to sleep in the same bed. Looks like the hot tub is the only woohoo area. Btw there's only a bath no shower, but the bath is fancy so don't worry.
