Carefree Base was created with the intention that everyone who owns at the very least, the Sims 3 Base game, would be able to use this world. Everything in this world is from the base game. There are no expansion materials used, no store items used, no CC, and it's all on a grid so one could move or create new lots that will sit right on the edge of the roads. I did leave a nice big square in the center of town for people who have the Festivals. But of course you can use it for what ever floats your boat. You will notice the wild flower spawners are not here because they weren't in the base game. There is plenty of room for expansion speciality lots. There are no really big resource eaters in this world. It's very simple and basic. All the buildings are the original base game buildings, feel free to change them out if you have them. Peace Out!
