*IMPORTANT NOTE* If you don't have the trees from Sunlit Tides, the game may crash on load trying to replace them, I will release a world with base trees at some point but right now Im recovering from CAW and want to play. New release with the Waves fixed, If you do download and have problems please post on my wall whether or not you have sunlit tides and what the issue was. Together we can fix it! Tropicalay has something for everyone. Boats, Beaches and FUN! Please check out the story in My Studio for additional screenshots and feel free to download the extra lots that can be added to the world once installed. This world is designed for boats and has 5 ports and 5 unique dive spots I've been play testing this for a while now and it all seems fine, routing done good and everything works! Custom Buildings and housing by Me with some EA lots thrown in for good measure. Lots of spare lots to do your own building, read the description at City Hall to get started.
