this house, built like some of the ones found around the coast, has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, an open floor plan, a secret room, and a party basement. the house has a basement meant for partying, movie screening, or just chilling out. the master bedroom is in the basement and has been left mostly empty for customization. there is a wrap around porch that leads to an off shoot that is near the pool and is over a basement exit to the backyard. there is also a greenhouse out door dining room.
