This EQ Centre DOESN'T have a house built on/in it like my previous one. 64x64 lot. You may add stairs and build your own small farm home if you wish. -- This EQ Centre has four stalls, a tack room and a "feed" room, two large pastures and an outdoor jumping arena along with a small groom/tie up area. Very spacious property with a windmill overlooking it. Perfect for an equestrian wishing for their own farm. :)
