Lets have a little touch of The Sims 2 this house is based on the design of one of the Pleasentview Starter homes. When your looking for a starter you most likely want a furnished house so I made this house cost under 18k but you must becarful make sure it is in a moderete location or the price will rise over 18k. The good points for this lot is you have a garage and a balcony and room to build a pool but there is only one bedroom.
