40x40 lot, unfurnished. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, study (or additional bedroom) with jack and jill bathroom connecting to second bedroom. 2 stories but room for a basement. Sitting room and living room on the first floor, 2 car garage, and a small sitting area in the backyard. I'm not sure if I like the sitting area with the house, but I'll leave that decision up to you :)
