The Abandoned Ivywood Estate

Though this is "Estate" is small, it was the largest home in the entire town at the time. Not to mention the first two story home. This home has been abandoned for nearly 60 years and since then anything of value has been taken. Time has taken it's toll on this Luxury Gothic home, but if someone doesn't move in soon it may be demolished. This historical home is move in ready, but could surely use a renovation. Will you save this little bit of history or knock it down?
