Since he was a young child Jim has always loved his food, talking about, reading about and even watching TV shows where food was concearned but in particular the preperation of fine ingedients and the sharing of them with friends.
Over the years Jim was always a talented amature but now he needs to make his own way in the world and what better way to do it that working with what he loves.
