A very elegant, state of the art, modern home perfect for small families. Although I did build this lot in Appalossa Plains it is meant to be placed in the hills of Bridgeport or the cliffside of Sunset Valley. It is a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath lot with a beautiful pool and a penninsula fire-pit that your sims will absoutly adore.
