This House has a nice little front lawn and a pool. One of the good things about this house is it doesn't contain any store or expansion/stuff pack items so if you only have the Sims 3 you can still use this house. The house has 2 bedrooms one big master and one smaller child with own bathrooms. 1 kitchen, 1 dinning, a little livingroom and A pool area with Barbeque.
