This is a tatoo mostly for boys. Not to say, that bad girls or maybe emos wouldn't like it. If you can't see it yourself the flying black background is to illustrate the dark powers of the city. You see the scull is a light blue? That's a weak colour, which is to say that it isn't a normal scull. And the fire is there to fill out the nature: Green is for plants and the mighty trees. The red is for the blood in all living creatures. Together magical things will happen.
