Hillbilly Shack

The Hill Folk have rich tradition in the American Culture. Most of the Hill Folk decended from Scott-Irish Immigrants that settled here in the 1700's. Scotts-Irish were reguarded as uncouth and rowdy. They seperated themselves and took to the hills. Many of the Scotts-Irish are inherrently clannish, and this led to the tightly-knit communities that we see today. There are many iconic images of Hillbilly lifestyle. But none so recognizable as the typical Hillbilly Shack.
