Elegant Home.

It isn't small at all, quite big actually... open plan, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a small patio. It's a little more than 15 000, so its very affordable. Be it a starter or retirement home, it is worth the cash! Plus there's lots of extra space for expansion. More pictures in my media.
