First modern house

Hey everyone! This is the first modern house I´ve ever made! Also the first house I´ve used the constrainfloorelevation cheat on, it looks pretty good I think. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 garage (2 parking spots), garden with pool and hot tub. No stairs, but an elevator. Enjoy! :D
