A simple house on the lake. Three levels. Has a sunroom connected to the house by an open walkway. Livingroom and kitchen are located on the 1st floor. On the 2nd there are two bedrooms and a bathroom connected by a hallway. On the 3rd floor is an attic where your sims can do their laundry, workout, or get a little office and entertainment time in. At the back of the lot there is a beach where sims can relax or have fun by the fire pit.
