The more popular a town, there is less land to parcel out for homes, and lots become more and more expensive. Room for a family sized cottage just does not let new builders spread out, so they have to choice but to build up and down instead. Built on a 10X10 lot, this house has everything a Sim could want with even a bit of room to spare. 2BR/2B home with full basement with addition room in attic that can convert to a room or two. No 3rd party CC used. Does require EPs/Sps and store.
