On the surface this looks like an aveage park with many aveage parklike components. however underneith the public restrooms there is a secreat storage closet. if it was cleaned up and decorated somone could live down there. ((this is a small lot afordable to a single newly created sim. it contains various park amenities. and an underground room with side exit)
