Kinda at the high end of a Single Sim's budget, but that's ok, it's a great family home for 2-4 Sims. A slightly modified version of "''The Monotone"'' with respect paid to everyone's favorite colour: Blue! Well Shane Perkins liked it anyways. Enjoy!
