The community school dons a cute little playground in the back that sims can access during school hours, or after school hours. Next door is the library. A cute building with a child's play area, a chess room, a computer room, and a telescope room. Also, there are two bookstores on the lot. Perfect for bookworms. As an added bonus, the lot is quite beautiful, and includes a parking lot.
