A Town for Tessa

These past few days I've tried to be more active on the forum by joining some threads.  One of them is A Town for Tessa, which is a really great community project started by a bunch of simmers to honor Magician1's god-daughter, Tessa.  So far I've signed up for one sim and two lots, and as they go up I'll be posting links to everything here.

Ever since I joined the Living Sims forums I've been on the biggest building/decorating spree.  So, I've decided to start building a series of unique starter homes (under $16,000) called "Starters for Singletons."  The first of which, is called Castaway Cove and was inspired by my Sims 2 lot, The Shallows.  If you want to compare the two you can check out pics for both here and here.
