Seaside Whisper was originally created for a contest that I entered on another site. Since then I expanded the lot from 20x30 to 30x40 and fixed up a few minor details. This home is based off a Florida beach house floor plan that I found here: http://www.houseplans.com/2662-square-feet-4-bedroom-4.5-bathroom-Cottage-house-plans-0-garage-(33195)

Outside there is a gardening area set aside for your sims to use. Also the garage has room for one car and three bicycles.

First floor consists of the first master bedroom, two teen bedrooms, and a nursery. The master bedroom has access to the rear patio from the room as well as from the bathroom. 

Second floor is where the family room, kitchen, and second master bedroom lay. Second master bedroom can also reach the second floor rear patio. The family room opens out to the second floor patio where a grill and some skill items await.
