The Perfect 4 bedroom, 2 floors, 1 basement family home is ready for download.

Yep this one is done. Various levels, basement, below ground level car port, and courtyard below ground level. 3 levels total. Very stylish. My first attempt at a below ground level. Impressed with the results.

The new lot is done!

By far, this has to be one of the most perfect homes for any sim\r\nfamily. By perfect we mean that it is very functional in it\'s design,\r\ntraffic flow, and room layout. Keep in mind that being functional does\r\nnot mean there is any sacrifices in style. This home is has style\r\ndesigned into every nook and cranny inside and outside the home. Yet\r\ncan be easily modified to better fit your family needs. You just have\r\nto see this home to believe and appreciate all this house has to offer!\r\n

It is better than EA can put out! AND IT IS FREE!
