Did You Know? You Can Save/Share Your Sims During Gameplay!
JULKAISTU 15.06.2009
Have your Sim click on the dresser/mirror to \"Plan Outfit\" or \"Change Appearance.\" You probably know that this takes you to a limited version of CAS - where you can edit the Sim\'s clothing or hair/makeup (depending on which object you\'re using.)

\r\n\r\nBut did you know? From here, you have the option to \"Save\" or \"Share\" any of your Sims! This means that we can save/upload even the Sims that were born/generated in-game!

\r\n\r\nI love love love that they added this feature. I remember a lot of people asking/complaining about this on TS2.
DId you know? You can PM other users!!!

ETA: Forget it. Admins have removed this feature from the boards.

\r\n\r\nThis is a great find by Lawertend on the forums.
\r\nHere is the link to his post.\r\n

\r\nHere is the link your PM message box. Just click \"New Topic,\" then for the recipient click \"Find User\" (or type in their username.)
\r\nThat\'s it!!!

\r\nEDIT: Found an even easier way! Thanks to Jalida for posting that.
\r\nView post here, same thread as above.

Did you know? Inventory...
JULKAISTU 08.06.2009
You can grab items from home while your Sim is away!\r\n\r\nFor example, let\'s say you\'re out on the town and you forgot to check the newspaper for discount classes. Just zoom in on your house (pause if you like), grab the newspaper and put it in your Sim\'s inventory :) You can grab books, food from the fridge, even your car!\r\n

\r\nNote: to put things in inventory, click your SIm\'s inventory tab. Then simply click-and-drag the item to the inventory. You don\'t need to be in Buy mode. Also remember that many large items do not \"fit\" in the personal inventory. You can put them in Family Inventory (in Buy mode) instead.
