I slightly adjusted the Heartbreaker Challenge

GOAL: Achieve the Heartbreaker Lifetime Wish
-Create a Young Adult sim.
TRAITS REQUIRED
*Flirty
*Great Kisser
*Lucky
*Friendly
*Party Animal
If\r\nyou feel that you can use the traits randomizer and find that it still\r\ngives you the Lifetime Wish of HEARTBREAKER, then you may use those\r\ntraits instead.
LIFETIME WISH: Heartbreaker
You may choose whichever lifespan you want.
Tip: Long lifespan *MAY NOT BE EPIC*
AGING MUST BE ENABLED
OFFICIAL RULES
-NO CHEATS ALLOWED; except Kaching (there is no limit on how many times you may use it) or Motherlode (can only be used once).
-Only 1 boyfriend/girlfriend at a time.
-Each relationship must last 15 Sim days or more.
-You can only be in relationships with townies.
According\r\nto the Heartbreaker wish, you need to be the partner of 10 sims. With\r\nthe long lifespan, you have 190 sim days, so if you have 15 days for\r\neach partner, it will last 150 days.
-You may move into a pre-made house. If you choose to build one, there are no specifics for it.
-NO SIMS MAY BE BROUGHT BACK TO LIFE
-Every partner must move into your lot.
-15 sim days or more after officially Going Steady, you must breakup with the sim and make them move out.
TWIST
-You must have at least 5 kids. Does not matter who the fathers are.
MAY NOT HAVE MORE THAN 1 CHILD WITH EACH PARTNER.
-The pregnancy must be within the 15 days.
-If same-sex couple, you may adopt a baby (not a toddler or child).
-You may not have an ex-partner living on your lot if a current partner is living there.\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t

Created a pseudo residential beach lot.

I decided to convert the smaller beach, below the Wolff\'s mansion into a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom beach bungalow. I am really looking forward to moving my sims into the lot.
It\'s relatively easy to convert a lot from residential to commercial and vice versa. While in EDIT TOWN , click on one of the lots and there is a box that pops up (make sure the lot is not occupied if residential), there are several options, just click on the one that says something like \"change lot type\", and voila its changed to it opposite type. At present there is only two two types in game, so it doesn\'t query which type you want. but I am guessing that in the future it might.

Custom Content

There are sites coming out of the woodwork with custom content for your game, for the game to recognise the content, there is a workaround file that you place in the root of where The Sims 3 is installed. (resource.cfg)
C:\\Program Files\\Electronic Arts\\The Sims 3
Then you place all the custom content you download here:
C:\\Program Files\\Electronic Arts\\The Sims 3\\Mods\\Packages
Apart from the Sims3Packs which auto install on double-click, or when you add content from the store or the exchange.
