This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is perfect for families just starting out. Completely furnished with yard space for kids and pets to run freely. The backyard features my Little Princess Playhouse, a fire pit for your family to enjoy, a dog house, and a relaxation area for your artsy Sims. Complete with a fully furnished nursery. The master suite has it's own bathroom. A sunroom is located in the back of the house under the balcony that is off the master bedroom. No CC.
