Mayfair (1920s Haunted Hollywood Estate)

Marlena May was a film star when she died. When her distant relatives took ownership of her estate years later, it turns out that she didn't agree with their plans for her home. See my blog for more details. The estate includes a mansion, a guest house, an elegant pool with pool house and outdoor bar, a garage with workshop and above-garage servants' quarters.
