Playable Trailer plus 3 NPC Trailers on a 40x50 Lot. The public area has objects for fitness, martial arts, painting and a telescope. There are activities for children and adults. In the central public area you can play, BBQ or turn up the music. The Trailer Park has scrapes of metal, tires and old crates. The Playable Trailer is under $15,500 and has 2 bedrooms.
