Cosmo - penthouse apartment
Already finished with the community area on the first floor: bar, jacuzzi, gym and place for dancing.

Xmas is coming, and I\'m more sad that I cannot send gifts to my friends. :( But I\'m working on a new penthouse apartment, and I hope you\'ll like it. Some new sims are also on their way. Happy Holidays for everybody! :)

Many-many thanks for all people who sent me wonderful gifts, you\'re really make my week, because till that it wasn\'t the best one - a lot of trouble with having cold in the family, and I had a little accident with the hoover - now I wish that my toe didn\'t broken.
Please, keep in mind, that never fight with home appliances, they are stronger - or at least harder :D Like Frankie said: relax! - before you\'d like to kick them. lol

My Mediterranean Pearl-lot is already available on TheSimsResource. Of course, you can also download it from my studio.
My Suburbia village (4 houses on 1 lot + community area) is already available on TheSimsResource on my mini-site too. Of course you can also download it from my studio.
Details again:
4 houses in 1 lot to keep your favourite sims together. I found a little bit hard to play with my favourite sims when they are not on the same lot, because sometimes they\'re already married with somebody else and I cannot control their life. But I don\'t want them to living in the same house from the first moment, so I created a little village to keep them together.
The lot is fully furnished, decorated and landscaped. NO CUSTOM CONTENT! No pay store items, only 2 free flower boxes from the eco-pack.
All 4 houses have only one level for the easy playing. 2-2 twinhouses with own garden. Interesting interior design and nice colours. Community area with park, pool and playground and parking place for further 3 cars.
2-2 twinhouses:
1st type has garage, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, large garden;
2nd type has 1 bedroom, 1,5 bathrooms, laundry, little garden.
If you start with a new sim, you can use the freerealestate or the familyfunds cheats to buy this lot. With already played sims you can use motherlode cheat to get more money.
Warning: Although the file-size isn\'t too large (3,53 MB), this lot was built on a 64x64 sized empty lot, and because of this (and maybe the rich landscaping) would be happen, that loading will take a little time in build mode (my game needs about 3-4 minutes), but when it\'s already loaded, there\'s no other problem with running. In game mode you also have to wait a little when you want to go into the build mode.
The file was packed with Ambitions/WA/HELS (before Fast Lane and Late night, so they don\'t need to use).

This is my new \"showroom\" on The Simalogue. But it\'s not a usual one, because I think it would be more useful to show the items of the set in this way instead of building a house with this.
