TS4 new SP- Perfect Patio

So it looks like this coming Tuesday 6/16/15 we will be getting a new Stuff Pack for TS4. Still not sure if I'm going to buy it yet. 
Yes, they are giving us Hot Tubs, decor, clothes and hair, but I just don't know if it will be enough. 
I saw pics of the swimsuits and they weren't anything special. 
I'd like to say I am excited about the new SP, but I'm not. 
In fact the only time I was excited was while we were waiting for the base game to come out. 
My game ran fine until they started putting out all these patches. After every patch it runs worse and worse until it crashed to much to even play.
I repaired the game once which helped for a little while, but then the crashing started again as soon as i updated for the next patch. 
I finally disabled Origin in game and that seemed to do the trick to fix the crashing. 
What is still a problem for me is the lagging, my Sims will freeze while the sim clock keeps running, I've adjusted my graphics to no avail and the lagging keeps happening. 
I have to ask myself do I really want to keep pumping money into a game that is so unstable on my computer?
I can't afford to buy a new computer to just play TS4. So I actually have gone back to playing TS2, when my TS4 game acts up to much ...but honestly Simming has become more work than fun.
and isn't the point of Simming is to have fun? 
Anyway, it's summer and I should get out and about more since before you know it winter will be back and we will be stuck in the house again!

Don't know why I'm always late coming up here to post for the first of the month, guess I always get caught up with RL things to do! At least it's still the beginning of the month!

It's a gorgeous day today supposed to get a high of 74 degrees, sunny and blue skies! Should get out today, but I've had to go out the last couple of days, so a day at home is nice and I may even get to Sim when I finish up this blog post and check in over on the TS4 site, I wish they would give us a little more privacy on our pages over there, but I'm doubtful they ever will.
It's funny how they seem to relish trolling over on the TS4 forums, not that it didn't happen on the TS2 & TS3 forums, but it just seems like it's worse somehow on TS4 ...can't put my finger on what is different, but it is. In fact my other half was telling me a lot of people are saying they are leaving the TS4 site for a break, not sure why they feel the need to make such grandiose announcements, do they really believe everyone cares what they do? It always seems the people who say they are leaving never really leave anyway, so why say it? ...just silly!
Not in the mood to search all over the place for my smiley's today, but will add one to close!
