Kiwi starter - redone

I rebuilt the Kiwi starter, because I wanted to create the garden, too. Of course, I had not too much money for it, but wanted to make all that I can. I changed the place of the house, and added a little lake and some terrainpaints and flowers. Please, redownload, if you like. The house itself is the same inside. (The picture is the same which uploaded to TSR, that\'s why AshleyBlack is on the first photo.)

This pretty green starter is fully furnished and decorated inside. My first starter (Riverside) has a little garden too, but Kiwi is waiting for you to finish it. The reason is that I focused to create a more comfortable lot - where your sim won\'t suffer. Higher level objects make you feel that your sim isn\'t living in a starter house. Double bed:6; shower:9; stove:9 (this is the max!); refr.:7; dishwasher; TV: 4; decoration: flowers and some curtains. Base game items, and only a few store stuff (3 pay, 2 free items).
Furnished price is: 16.484 Simoleons!
I used the upload image changer, because the house isn\'t shows too much on the original photo, but if you look inside, you\'ll see it\'s really pretty. Enjoy and have fun! :)

Exchange-problem

I got some answer for my question on the forum - and as I see, my items are on the exchange pages again - at least some of new ones. I think, the site has the problem - maybe because of too many items are on the exchange already.

Problems, problems, problems... As I wrote, I often have problems with uploading. But as I see, my stuff aren\'t appear on the Exchange pages still 1st May at all... I wrote about it on the forum, and waiting for an answer...
Satoko and dress recolours

Some dress recolours for today! Kimono-style made for my new sim, Satoko Oka. The name, Satoko Oka belongs to a real person, she was my Japanese pen-friend, when I was teen. Unfortunately, she didn\'t answered to me after she moved to a US University, but I never forget her.
And an extra recolour of the free store elegant dress with the similar colours.

Ambitions

I\'m so curious, and waiting for the new EP - like everybody else. I\'m most interested in the new objects, hairs and clothes, but I will love the new tools too. I don\'t want to use TSR\'s Workshop to creating patterns, but with this new official tool I will try it. And finally can do something with the neighbourhood - there\'re a lot of trees and other signs that I don\'t want right there because of the houses.

Riverside starter lot

After some expensive and large lots, I wanted to create a starter one. Sometimes I don\'t like cheats, and want to begin the game without them.
This lot is fully furnished, and some decoration items were added to make it pretty (curtains, plants, but no pictures, because they are a little bit expensive - but I place an easel inside to paint them with your sim yourself. Nice garden with lake, trees and plants. You can get the whole furnished lot under the price 16.500 - to begin with your sim on it. No EP, no store stuff - only base game items, and of course recolours. 2 bedrooms, open kitchen/dining/living area, large bathroom.
