I got great news today. A fellow Simmer on the BBS got the game due to release muck ups and settled my processor question. (Sorry forgot their username) They have the same one as me- an Intel Celeron and it plays fine on his computer. Also his specs are slightly lower than me, and if HE can play on high settings, looks like I can too,
\r\n\r\n
I\'m so PUMPED for this game it\'s unreal....
OMG only 6 days left!!

Friday, June 5th:
\r\nA day that will change the way I play Sims forever. \r\n
-Starts off with school till 3.20 \r\n
-Get picked up by dad \r\n
-Go to Game in town \r\n
-Get Sims 3 Collectors Edition and the Prima Guide \r\n
-Drive home at 150 mph . No, seriously. \r\n
-Burst through the front door, before it\'s been opened \r\n
-Sprint upstairs \r\n
-Install \r\n
-Be very very happy. \r\n
Revision can wait till after the weekend.
I really can\'t wait! It\'s so hard to believe that in a week\'s time that the game will be in my hands, and installed on my computer. :-)
\r\nI really want to try everything in one go! Lol. I\'m especially excited about the new ways we can customize Sims. I\'m really can\'t wait to create my own family and friends in the game, with Create A Style, personalities and the weight sliders.
I really like this new site, the layout\'s great and I love the fact that we can now have friends.
\r\n\r\n
But whats the point in having friends if we can\'t send the messages and stuff? :-(
\r\n\r\n
Oh well everything else is great, I was actually quite surprised by how interesting Create A Movie was. (even though I\'m gonna use my own editors once I have the game)

Overall, I\'d give the new place 8/10.
