Tiki Beach Paradise - Ian Somerhalder - Lime/starter - Bayside showroom

Tiki Beach Paradise
Outdoor beach paradise with underground wooden jewelry box cabin. Place it on the beach/sand - for grass-covered area, use the Tropical-version. Residential, but would be great as a community lot too.
No CC and tested in game.
This lot was originally made for creating pictures for the Tiki-showroom, but I love this place and the feeling it gives to me, so I decided to complete it.
Dedicated to Alexurt, Nicjamez and MrHawk for their kindness with thanks!
Tiki Tropical Paradise : I used grass and terrain-paint instead of four-leaf clovers.

I\'ve never thought that creating him will be such a hard work, but the sims3-tools don\'t give me enough option to creating his face, and of course he has a specific gaze as Damon, and it cannot remodelling in sims. :D Maybe this is the reason why there\'re not too many Ian-simversions around.
The face looks fine in the CAS, but I\'m still don\'t pleased with the in-game likeness. Anyway, it\'s a handsome sim - I think.

Lime - FF Starter - NO CC
If you\'ve ever got the feeling, that playing in a usual starter is a never-ending fight with the needs, and you have no time for friends and hobbies, this is the lot you\'re looking for!
Fully furnished and decorated pretty modern starter for 1-2 sim(s) - with high level items (whats more, a dishwasher!), so needs can raise easier than in a usual starter (fridge 6, stove 9, bed 6, shower 9). Cost only 16.099 S. Although you got nearly everything, your sims still have some money to pay the bills or spend a little for the hobbies. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open living/kitchen area - everything decorated with wall designs. Garden with terrace and lake. No custom content.

The lights changes the colours, I used a shade of the white on the counters (not plain white), you can see the original colours on the counters on the 6th picture.
