So the random half circle of trees and the observation station are supposed to be covered by a dome but I didn't know if you'd be able to place the lot since the dome goes over the boundary. If you download this, I'd reccomend either placing the dome with moveobjects on OR building something around the observation station like a windowed square or something. You do you, though. Anyway this lot comes with a basement hall built to transition under the dome that contains a lecture area and stuff.
