Neo was an French agent sent over to investigate a murder of a young woman from his home country. The murder ended up being a cover up of an corrupt of a political conspiracy and the culprit was protected by his political position leaving Neo disillusioned and emotionally drained. He never returned home and is one often lost in Absurdism. No CC.
