Finally I was able to build a centre that cointains almost everything from all of The Sims 3 expansions. There is coffe shop, nerd shop with a place to read before buying, cinema (if you have the cinema set from store it will be easy for you to put it in there, I don't have it unfortunatelly), consigment store with potion store, stylist, tatoo artist, bowling, billiard, laundromat, gym and pet store from limited edition of TS3 Pets. Made on Lovely Lot in Sunlit Tides. Enjoy!
