Sunflower View is a small home suited for a single sim or a couple starting their family. The house has four floors, 1st floor having kitchen and small living area, 2nd floor has single bedroom, bathroom and seperatre toilet, and taking up the 3rd is the master bedroom complete with balchony. Meanwhile down on the ground floor we have a space to park your sims car and a room that can be used for example as a study or small gym etc. There is also a small garden at the back of the property.
