This is a 4 bed (1 is a nursery) 2 bath home with a gym. There is extensive outdoor space, complete with a pool, pond and greenhouse. There may be be CAP and I used some CC paintings - they should not transfer but there is always that chance they may do. EPs needed: Seasons, Pets, Generations, Ambitions, Supernatural. SP's needed: OLS, HLS. There is also store stuff, like the master bed and the toddler pack with the changing station.
