NO CC - I only used base game items :) This starter home comes with a kitchen, an adjacent dining room, a fairly big living room, and two bedrooms (master bedroom has one double bed and the nursery has a cot). It only includes the essentials for living (also there's a TV and a small garden out the front), but there's more than enough room for a future family to make this house a home, and there's space for a garden out the back.
