Crater Castle is set as a community lot, but can easily be changed to residential. The glassed in room next to the castle is meant to be a mini "biodome" for the garden area if used as a residential lot. The castle includes a regular dungeon, (I like to set dungeon beds as butler beds) and a baby dungeon. (Babies born there can't get out until they are old enough to climb out!) Your sims will also find the secret garden, and the ultra relaxation station hidden deep underground.
