Inara Serra

While searching for a shuttle to rent so she could perform her duties as a Companion and still see the open skies, Inara stumbled upon Mal and his ship Serenity. She made a perfect addition to the team. Her position in society opened doors for the crew that would usually be closed to them. She quickly earned the nickname "The Ambassador" because of this. When she isn't busy working or bickering with Mal, you can almost always find her in her shuttle with River or Kaylee.
