Avrage build contest, for TekLogan. This hang out is such a boring place, that most sims don't even know it's here, that's why no one ever remembers to cut the grass or take care of the place. Most sims avoid the Little Brown Box, because they have much better and places to be, but the average sims seem to enjoy the place. Every once in a while an interesting sim will come in, by accident, and leave quickly to save themselves from the tedium that seems contagious. There is a bar, it's a NOR
