Pyramid Head

PH was created by James' mind to help him overcome his delusions. He kills Maria on 3 separate occasions. On Brookhaven Hospital's roof, he shoves James off one side into the special treatment room. His favoured weapon is the Great Knife, but is also seen carrying a spear. In the Silent HillHistorical Society is a painting of him with some Flesh Lips, its titled "Misty Day, Remains of Judgment".
