A family dream home! Created for Bob89's "A Family Dream Contest"
and modeled after a real home in Calabasas, CA

. I want to live in this house in real life! Your Sims certainly will. Two stories plus a basement, beautifully landscaped with a stunning pool and outdoor kitchen, this home boasts five bedrooms (each with an attached bath!) including a sumptuous master suite with a private office. The main floor features a gourmet eat-in kitchen, formal living and dining rooms, an office, two half-baths and a large family room. In the basement is a party room, game room, gym, home theater, spa and sauna. Did I mention two bonus rooms in the house? A playground out back, room to toss around a ball, a 2- car garage. Built on a 40x50 lot, plopping this home on a bigger lot would give plenty of room for gardening/farming, horses/cows/chickens, whatever you desire! Add sublevel basements for hobbies or secrets... plenty of room to expand. Hope you enjoy!
