On October 9th I uploaded a black Jane Doe from Clinton, MD. Almost immediately I received a Violation email from EA. I have copied and pasted what the email said because after rereading the extensive EA Terms of Service, I cannot understand why my upload was a \"violation\". Here\'s the email content:
\r\nHello,
\r\nYour Electronic Arts account has been flagged for violating the Electronic Arts Inc Terms of Service. We believe that the violation or behavior is serious enough to bring to your attention as it may impact your future access to the service.
\r\nViolation: <Anyone with info on this woman needs to call Lawrence Gordon, Prince George Co. Sheriff\'s Office (301) 772-4925.>
\r\nMaybe it was the sentence structure? Maybe it was the fact that the poster I used to create a sim for this woman came from Find Missing Children and there was no job title given for Mr. Gordon--most posters will say to contact Detective So-and So or Sheriff So-and-So?
\r\nI filed an appeal with EA and deleted the Jane Doe from Clinton, MD.
\r\nThere have been a few times when EA\'s nanny watch has replaced phone numbers for people to call to provide info on a case with asteriks and I have no idea why. One particular missing person sim whose name is Molly B I S H had her entire last name deleted by super nanny.
\r\nCan anyone explain to me why the sentence from the email received from EA is a violation of anything?
