It's fall, my favorite season. The air has turned cool and the leaves on the trees are turning into those beautiful fall colors. This year has zoomed by and I am left wondering where the time has gone? Hope everyone had a great summer. Best wishes to all for a Happy Fall.

For my sister, you are in my thoughts today and always. We lost you four years ago today and yet it feels like forever. Yet memories of growing up together feel like yesterday. Time is a funny thing, it's supposed to heal all wounds, but on this day the loss of you feels raw and new. So many things were left for you to experience and I can't help but think of you as they unfold. Missing you always, hoping you know how much I love you, always.

Forgot it's the new month, so Hello September ...and pretty soon we'll be saying goodbye to Summer. Hope everyone had a nice Labor day weekend! I know I've been behind with stuff lately, but I've been taking care of my nieces fur babies and they are a handful, they get into everything! Maybe I'll post pics here & over on Ro's blog if I get around to moving pics.
Supernatural is supposed to be out today for the U.S. and I ordered my copy from Origin. Last week I got an email saying they shipped my order, Yippee. However, it hasn't arrived yet and it's 3:35 p.m. right now, sigh. I tried the tracking code they gave me and it just says no info is available and to try later for an update, so I don't have a clue when it might arrive, Booo. So I decided to go ahead and patch my game in anticipation of SN's arrival. I played the game to check out the new skin tones (and to see if it would run after the patch), but I've really never been one for having oddly colored Sims. Even though those Berry Sim legacy's have been popular, I just never got into it, to distracting for me. Maybe I'll give it a go now that we have different types of creatures. I made a female Sim hoping to make her a fairy when I get the EP.
I have been lurking the Supernatural forums all morning and people have been posting pics and so far SN looks fun. Although the complaint threads of glitches and things that are annoying people are now out numbering the fun threads. Oh well it's to be expected, when has and EP, SP & patch ever been released without causing our games trouble. This patch and EP have not been different. I honestly was almost afraid to patch my game for fear it would just break my game.
Well, I guess I'll be waiting for my SN EP to show up and from the looks of things I'll be lucky to get it today ...some people on the forums said they tracked their orders and their games were scheduled to arrive on the 6th! Bah that would definitely make me mad if I have to wait that long for my order to show up. Especially since Ro and I were at Target on Friday (8/31) and they had the SN EP on the shelf with the Plants vs Zombies (I abbrev.that and I just noticed it was censored, why?!) content for $29.99 ...an obvious error on their part. We thought about trying to buy it, but since I had already pre-ordered the game we just put it back on the shelf, sigh!
