Loose Ends. :)

Thought I'd finally get around to doing some things on my mental list of things to do like posting a pic of the gift pack that was sent to me when I was picked as one of the winners on the Shark Surviving Sim Contest. So here's the pic of all the goodies they sent me: I really like the black T-shirt! ...not sure what the stripped top has to do with Sims, but it's cute. The stickers are from TS1 & 2, Studded pet collar, hmmm need to get a real life pet so I can use it, Meow/Woof! 
The message in a bottle is from TS2 Castaway standalone game & yes I pulled the message out to see what it said and got sand all over the bed only to find out it was just a advertisement for the castaway game!. ...and lastly they sent me a copy of the TS2 Life Stories standalone game.
So again Thank you EA for the fun stuff!
Ro posted elsewhere about real life taking the forefront in our lives soon and not leaving us much time for playing our TS3 game, but hopefully things will be OK and we can get back to Simming. So I'll post some pic's from IP (as soon as I upload them to PB!).
Edit: To post the pics I finally uploaded to PB from my game!
Being stalked by the paparazzi is annoying, but my SS thought it was funny when this one spontaneously combusted, he hee ...guess they should of stayed out of the sun!
Mehhh even though my SS was laughing, Grim's appearance made me decide to mourn a little, sigh Sims!
Playing ping pong with Ro and I managed to slam a shot at him for the point!

...and he slammed one back at me! Tit for tat I guess.

Finally today a break in the heat wave that has been hanging around for way to long! 
It's supposed to only be in the mid 80's today, but with the humidity level at over 50% it will feel hotter. 
I prefer the low 70's myself but those temps won't be around til the end of summer & beginning of Fall.
I tried to play my game the other day & it froze up
...I was forced to use task manger to close the game. 
I was trying to build a Resort/Restaurant since I just bought the Business as Usual Bistro venue. 
I thought I read on the forums that you could add a restaurant to a resort, but my game froze when my Sim was checking in at the resort & the chef showed up and started to work. I hope it's compatible with the resorts otherwise I'll have to remodel the resort I just spent half a day building! I suppose it doesn't help that the loft has been pretty hot even with the A/C running & our poor computers are having to deal with running in 80 degree temps. 
Oh well hopefully I'll get a chance later to play my game to see if that save is still good. Ro & I have some running around to do today, so gotta go for now! 
Oh and temps in the 70's a heat wave??

New week, new month! Wowza time sure flies when you're having fun, which I am having with IP. Although I did get the snorkeling glitch 
...I couldn't cancel the snorkeling action & had to finally reset my SS. 
Other than some other minor glitches I can't think of what they are right now, it's been fun playing IP.
Going to be a busy week with the holiday coming up, the 4th of July is on Thursday
& we are having a BBQ to celebrate the day. 
My sister will be coming to stay for a couple of days at my mother's and we will be celebrating her B-day 
& going out doing fun stuff!
