Majix National Park
POSTE LE 28/07/13
This is my long-time idea to make a national park - but I realized it would never all fit on one lot. So I made four! This is named for the world Meg1626 made (a revamped Sunset Valley) for all Daily Deal thread people who've been  sharing our creations with each other. It fits beautifully in that world. It would go well in any world though - each lot can work just fine on its own. There are two sizes to the Landgraab Sanctuary: one is custom for Majix Cove (I'll get a link up soon - it's on Mediafire as the Exchange is being picky); the other can be placed with the Edit Town lots.

Check out my Creative Corner thread here for all the details.
Ocean's Edge Boardwalk
POSTE LE 27/07/13
I uploaded Ocean's Edge Boardwalk almost a month ago now, and said in the deion "see my blog for more details"... and forgot to blog. So, here it is!

I was inspired to build a boardwalk with patch 1.55 as we can now build over water. I loved the pictures I found of Ocean City, MD as well as the Disney Boardwalk. My boardwalk includes 2 hotels (which could easily be turned into resorts for those with Island Paradise), one with a rooftop pool.

There's a Tiki piano/karaoke bar (my favorite place!), a Japanese steakhouse (my next favorite!), an arcade, coffee shop, tattoo parlor, rooftop party patio (with dancefloor, dj booth, food vendors and tables), an ice cream shop and candy shop (both with food registers, the ice cream shop with snow cone makers, ice cream machines and a chocolate fountain), a comics store and a market. There is also a toy shop and surf shop, though they are just for looks - alas! Perhaps if there is OFB content released on the store (there seem to be hints...) These shops could be functional!

On the boardwalk itself are a small midway, concession stands and a "carousel" for the kiddies. (Spring riders! It may not spin, but it looks darned good and it works!)

When testing, townies came by the droves. Everything works! I tested everything I could think of. I really love this lot, and it took a LOT of hours. I really hope you enjoy it too.
