Tuesday, 25 October 2005 is the date. Rockangel48 is the name.

That\'s the day I joined www.sims2.com :] That was a good day. I had been simming before that. You can read my \"about me\" or its the first blog entry I made. My community rank there was Professor of Llamology and my bulletin board rank was Loquacious Lurker. I was pretty well-known on the BBS. Mostly in the Website Challenges section.

You\'re all gonna think I\'m some weirdo 5 year old or something, but I\'m not. You know those Bratz dolls? The barbie dolls with the huge heads and fee that pop off? Well they created a CD and Movie and it was called Bratz: Rockangels. I really liked the way that sounded, being the music lover I am. Good, lame story, huh? Yup lol

Dont you just hate how sims age? lol Okay, I don\'t really HATE it, I\'m joking.

I was trying to get my sim to be the top of the athletic career. He\'s only on Level 5 and I have NO IDEA why he was getting promoted so slowly. He had 3 days left to be an elder, so I dont think Ill get very far with that. Grr. lol His daughter moves out and meets a townie. I want them to marry and have bunches of children to get to the top of the career or their choice. The townie moves in, I look and the simology, O.O..... darn, he\'s gonna be an elder in 2 DAYS!!!! >:\"[ So obviously they cant have THAT many kids... so Im gonna have 1 child with him, divorce, marry someone else. I thought... hmmm im gonna turn this into an experiment. I\'m going to make her have 1 child with like 5 different townies. THAT would be awesome. So, I\'m gonna do that. See how good that goes.

Another one of my sims... struggling to get promoted. How can I get sims to be promoted easily? They have a high job performance level... they have good relationships with co-workers and their boss. I don\'t understand.

Oh well... thats what keeps me hooked lol. ;]

:] Hello fellow Simmers!

The Sims 3 is a very advanced game. I cannot picture my nonsimming friends even trying to figure it out without playing Sims 2. It seems as if you need the knowledge and \"inside jokes\" from Sims 2 to understand certain things. I find that really cool because it\'s customized for many of us crazed sim fans.

The trait idea is really cool. Sims can do certain things with that trait. I tend to make atleast 1 Neat sim in the house because it\'s easier to clean up and I like having my sims be neat. If I made a single sim, they will most likely have the Flirty trait so it will be easier to find a spouse. Those that need to improve their skills fast, Bookworms, and so on. I like making my friends and family members because you know EXACTLY what trait goes to who. I find myself looking at people and determining what trait they would have. If I see someone reading, Bookworm, someone on their laptop, Workaholic... You get it right?

Moodlets... hmmm... what to say. They\'re really unique. These also have to do with the traits and depending on what traits you have, your mood can go up up up or down the tubes! I\'m odd like this and when my sim\'s mood is slightly low, it bothers me, but I\'ll get over it sooner or later. lol ;]

One of my FAVORITE things in the game is the options for when your sim goes to school or work. You know? Work hard, slack off, meet new people, chat with people, be extra nice to the boss... It improves your work effort and I really like that. Easy way to meet new people :]

Yeah... theres probably more, but those are the main things. lol

Why hello there, fellow simmers! :]

I\'d like to introduce myself to all of you. Call me Rockangel. I\'d tell you my real name, but by all simmers I prefer to be called Rockangel. Lets start with my story, shall we?

My brother received The Sims as a gift for Christmas when I was 9. He didn\'t even want to open the box, and my mom was about to throw it away. I saved the game and hid it in my room and read the box and instructions carefully. I popped the CD into my computer and began playing. I really enjoyed Sims because I always loved playing games like... house... parents... ect. I loved it so much that I told my mom they have expansion packs. I then got Makin\' Magic and loved that aswell. :] Boy I loved the Sims!

A year or 2 or 3 later I was in Staples. I would\'ve never guess what happened that day would happen. I\'m wondering around. I look to my left. THE SIMS 2! If you could\'ve seen the look on my face... :O..... I begged my parents and they finally bought it for me! That night I installed the game. It was totally different from The Sims, so I didn\'t know how to work it AT ALL! I got super frustrated and even threw my game at the wall. (Little did I know I\'d become obsessed with it) My mom told me to give it another try and to read the manual, but I wasn\'t convinced. I waited a few days and tried again and fell in love with it. I began to play for atleast 5 hours a day. I\'d wake up in the morning, turn on the sims, get breakfast, and play all the way \'til lunch. Then I\'d get another piece of food and go back to playing. I was hooked.

And here I am a few years later still playing the Sims :] I\'m a crazy obsessed fan and I still play for hours and hours at a time multiple times a day.
