Its a boy even though I force fed watermelons.

My sim just had her second child and they already had a girl so I wasn\'t sure whether I wanted them to have a girl or a boy. When she found out she was pregnant both her and the father wanted a girl. So I gave her nothing but watermelons to eat and she had a boy. The watermelons for girls and apples for boys has always worked in the past. It is the first baby since Ambitions so I hope it is not a glitch as I like being able to control this.

Its Freezing Cold

Where I live we don\'t get snow in winter as it is to warm but the past two mornings have been freezing. They have been the second and third coldest June mornings on record. Yesterday in Perth the minimum was 0.1C (32.18F) and today it was -0.6C (30.92F). The area where I live was slightly colder and I know yesterday we had ice on the lawn. \r\n\r\nI have been so cold that I had my sims light the fire in the fireplace. I haven\'t really done this much as without seasons there doesn\'t seem to be the need to light the fire. I hope they will make a weather related EP as I really miss having weather in the game.

I was excited when I saw create a pattern was available for Macs. I haven\'t done much with it yet but I am so glad that it wasn\'t PC only.

Arrgh having problems with Ambitions

In the past three days I have lost a bit over five sim days due to crash to desktop and freezing. I have never had problems like this before although I have had the disk authorisation error regularly. It is really frustrating and upsetting to keep having doing the same things in sims and because it has not saved. I had hope that having a public holiday where I live I would be able to get further in the game but its obviously not meant to be.
